Party Bun

Hello guys !
See you again with me
At this week, I want to give you information about PARTY BUN
Usually, teenagers always think that bun only for adult
At this post, I want to change your mind set :D

A bun (also known as a bobtail) is a type of hairstyle, typically worn by women, where the hair is pulled back from the face, twisted or plaited, and wrapped in a circular coil around itself, typically on the back of the head or neck. They can either be secured with a hairpiece, a hairnetand bobby pins. They may be tightly gathered or slightly messier and more informal. Buns, like ponytails, may cause headaches if worn too tight or up too high on the head.

Men are not often seen wearing them, but they can do so. This may be because they are using it in a practical way such as in sport (like samurais) or using it in a formal way.

Double bun

Double or pigtail buns are often called odango, which is also a type of Japanesedumpling (usually called dango; the o- is honorific).

The term was popularized by the anime and manga series Sailor Moon, whose eponymous heroine, her mother during the Ancient Silver Millennium, Queen Serenity, and her future daughter from the 30th Century Silver Millennium, Chibiusa (although Chibiusa's are more conical than spherical), all wear their hair in this style. They also wear two pigtails of hair that hang down from the two spherical buns, but this is not universal to the term's usage. The term odango in Japanese can refer to any variety of bun hairstyle.

In China, the hairstyle is known as "ox horns". It was a commonly used hairstyle up until the early 20th century, and can still be seen today when traditional attire is used. This hairstyle differs from the odango slightly in that it is gender neutral; Chinese paintings of children have frequently depicted girls as having matching ox horns, while boys have a single bun in the back. Some are for ballet classes or dance class.

Instantly Glam!

Double headbands turn a loose bun into a chic style! Just follow these easy steps to create a cute look to wear to school or a party!

Step 1

Apply a dollop of straightening gel to towel-dried hair. Use your fingers to distribute the product evenly from roots to ends.

Step 2

Blow-dry four-inch sections of hair (using medium heat), holding the dryer three inches from your head, and use a paddle brush to straighten and smooth each section.

Step 3

Pull your hair into a loose ponytail and secure it with an elastic at your crown. Twist and wrap your hair into a messy bun, then loop the ends through the elastic.

Step 4

Run your fingers through the front of your hair to loosen it from the elastic, and add texture. Slide in a thin black headband two inches from your hairline.

WALA !! This is it !!

How To Make Perfect Bun

Supplies:

·         one tube-sock (the longer the sock the bigger the bun)

·         two hair bands

·         five or so bobby pins.

Step One

Grab a tube-sock that matches your hair color. It doesn’t have to be perfect but I would advise against choosing the bright pink and blue polka-dotted one if you’re a brunette. Cut a quarter sized hole in the toe, and role your sock until there’s nothing left to role. (It should resemble a swollen hair band with a small hole in the middle).

Step Two

Pull your hair back into a ponytail at the spot you want the center of your bun to be. Next pull your hair through the center of the rolled sock, and make sure you don’t leave any part of your ponytail behind.

Step Three

Spread your hair over the sock in all directions so that none of your sock shows. It helps if you lean forward so that your soon-to-be-bun is parallel to the ground and gravity is on your side. No need to mess with Mother Nature. Secure your hair with a hair-band around your hair and sock.

Step Four

Now your bun is almost perfect. The last step is to pin the ends of your hair after they’ve been wrapped around the outside of the bun. Then allow hair spray to become your best friend.

Mix It Up

To add some flavour to your bun and make it ready for crazy parties, or just a day out with your friends, you can add a braid  before you bring your hair into a pony-tail. Or, if you have nothing to do with your bangs, pin them back into a poof at the top of your head for that super-model “chic” look.

Bun For Dancing

Having spent nine years dancing with the New York City Ballet, Sophie Flack has pulled her hair up into a sleek, sturdy bun thousands of times. (According to our calculations, 8,300 times, give or take a couple hundred buns.) Now a writer—her first novel, titled, yes, Bunheads, came out this fall—she remains a master of the effortlessly elegant chignon.

Step 1

Part your hair on the side and pull it all back into a low, tight ponytail. Twirl the length of the ponytail into a tight coil and then spin it clockwise around the base, tucking in the ends.

Step 2

Sick a pin into the edge of the coil toward your scalp. (Start wherever you like; here, Sophie has already inserted one pin on the right side of her bun.)

Step 3

Just before the tip of the pin hits your scalp, turn the pin in the opposite direction (180 degrees) and push it back down into the center of the bun. Four pins (one in each quadrant of the bun) should keep your bun secure.

Step 4

Apply hairspray. "This isn't a style you'll be running your fingers through, so use a strong formula," says Sophie, who likes Suave Rave 4X Mega Hairspray

The Right Pins

Hairpins, not bobby pins, are key to a sleek chignon. They hold more hair, so you get a bun sturdy enough to withstand pirouettes (or a lively holiday party).
